Quality & Environmental Policies
 At MPP, we know that assuring product quality means starting long before the first part release date, so we moved Quality Assurance "upstream" to the product definition stage long ago. Then, each step in the production cycle is monitored using various statistical evaluation methods, including SPC. As part of our APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) system, we also utilize Six Sigma practices, Gage R&R, ongoing reliability testing, and process capability studies. From the blending of powders through pressing, sintering, and secondary machining, our quality programs ensure production of consistent, high-quality parts. Our plants are ISO 9002 and we comply with all customer approval processes (e.g., PPAP, ISIR, FPA, etc.).
