MPP Headquarters & Corporate Officers
 MPP is headquartered a few miles north of Indianapolis, Indiana, where its senior management and headquarters staffs provide financial, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and strategic direction to operating divisions located throughout North America. MPP also maintains a state-of-the-art Technology Center and a pilot production facility as part of its headquarters operations.
One of the advantages that distinguishes MPP from its competitors in the powder metal components industry is its strong senior management staff: Ben James - President  Ben James joined MPP in 2000. He has more than 28 years of powder metal component manufacturing experience and more than 18 years in senior management positions. Ben served as Quality Director and Manufacturing Director of T & N, plc before being appointed President of T & N's North American Powder Metal Group in 1994. After Federal-Mogul Corp acquired T & N in 1998, Ben continued to serve as Managing Director for
North American Sintered Products and as Global Director for Business Development - Sintered Products.
William A. Heath - Vice President - Sales & Marketing  Bill Heath joined MPP in 1994 as Vice President and General Manager of what is now MPP's Anaheim Division, having previously served in general management and operational management positions with a number of manufacturing companies. Bill holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering, as well as an MBA, and is a Certified Powder Metal Technologist. He is a member of APMI International and serves on the PMPA Board of Directors.
Chaman Lall, Ph.D. - Vice President - Technology & Applications Development
 Dr. Lall joined MPP in 1998 as Director of Development. He has more than 25 years of experience in both fundamental and applications research in powder metallurgy. He began his career in the P/M industry in 1980 at E. I. DuPont and has been active in the MPIF, serving as Chairman of the Publications Committee, a member of the Standards Board, and as a speaker at numerous MPIF technical conferences. He holds B.S. and Ph. D. degrees in Physical Metallurgy and Science of Materials, and has several publications and two U.S. patents to his credit. He is a member of SAE, APMI International, and ASM International.
Dennis McKeen - Director of Finance  Dennis McKeen joined MPP in 2006 after more than 10 years in the manufacturing and service industries. Most recently, Dennis served as Corporate Controller at Modernfold, Inc. specializing in finance, human resources and information technology. He holds a B.S. degree from the University of Cincinnati and is a C.P.A. Dennis is a member of the Indiana C.P.A. Society.
Steven Kahn - Director of Purchasing  Steve Kahn joined MPP in 2006 after more than 25 years' experience in directing purchasing departments for manufacturing companies. Prior to joining MPP, Steve was the Director of Procurement for Essex Electric. Steve holds a B.S. in Economics from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from George Washington University.
